My name is Paula Castro Fraga, and I was born in Montevideo, Uruguay.

With a Bachelor's degree in Communication, I have experience in creative projects and audiovisual production, combining a strong academic background with practical skills in production management, storytelling, editing, advertising and content management.

I have experience working in international advertising agencies and developing Social Media Content creation for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Brands included car companies, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and pastries, among others.
Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Producing at MetFilm School, London, where I am developing advanced skills in film and TV project management, creative leadership, and strategies for the film and media industry. In 2025, I produced a variety of short films and commercial videos for various brands. I am passionate about creating innovative content that resonates with audiences and leaves a lasting impact.

I am passionate about bringing stories to life while supporting the producer and director in realising their creative vision. I am excited by the prospect of collaborating with talented individuals, overseeing complex productions, and playing an integral role at every stage of a project’s development.
I believe that production logistics and budgeting are the cornerstones of any successful project; without them, productions risk delays, inefficiencies, and increased costs. As a production manager, I aim to anticipate potential challenges and provide effective, budget-conscious solutions during the filming process
